Curriculum Vitae
Stefan Pechmann finished his studies in Electrical Engineering at Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuernberg with specialization in “Microelectronics” in April 2018 as M.Sc.. In June 2018, he started as a research assistant at the Institute for Electronics Engineering in Erlangen. In October 2019 he started working at the Chair of Communications Electronics at University of Bayreuth for Prof. Amelie Hagelauer. He is still a Guest Scientist at LTE and part of the Group “Mixed Signal Integrated Circuits” (MXIC).

- Design of integrated CMOS circuits
- Research of novel, resistive memory technology
- Mixed-Signal system development for controlling and programming of RRAM cells
